If anyone considers BigBlueFox to be a vore artist, he's easilly #1. If not then Strega would be the next in line.
As for writers... I want to say I'm my favorite vore author, but... Well, vore isn't really a subject matter for me- its just something I throw in here and there to make it a little more twisted than it really is (I have a 200 page fanfic with only a paragraph worth of actual vore).
So I'm going to go with the crowd and say Strega again.
