The chat now understands some CLI-style commands, IRC style. See the
help page on the chat for details,

If you can think of any others that would be useful, let me know. I
don't want to go crazy and make 5,000 different / commands, just the
ones that will be useful to most people.
Also, the chat will now warn you if you try to send a whisper to someone
who is offline.
