Some more chat fixes today...
- Nasty bug fixed so the chat clear function won't wipe everyone's user
configs - sorry again about that!
- Character database index fixed so that names with spaces in them correctly
link to descriptions.
- Minor spelling mistakes and stuff fixed throughout the chat.
- Warning values in the userlist show up next to names of users who are
no longer being seen by the chat systen, in red; the value shown betwen
square brackets shows how many minutes remain before that user will be
booted from the chat. This number will only be seen in the userlist of
users who are active (i.e., not lurkers.)
As always, bug reports and suggestions for future features are appreciated.
