Nimby (Long form of name being "Not In My Back Yard", which is where such a creature is welcome...nowhere) is a very odd creature. In apearance he is a Large land dragon, with green scales that tint purple at the edges, and a long tail, with large curved scales running the length from the tip of his tail to his neck, (almost saddle-like in appearance.)
His head however, is that of a Mule, thus Nimby is known as the species called Dragon-Ass. Nimby, however is very friendly and can be prone to acts of extreme kindness, given the right circumstances.
Nimby requires the association of another being around, for his magic is the ability to make himself and his companion, anything and everything the companion wishes them to be. He can fufil any desire of the companion, so long as they continue to associate with him.
The only liabilities that Nimby posses, are that he can not volunteer to do things, he must be asked, and he is completly mute, and unable to make any human speech.
